Is FundYourFX regulated?

We are not a financial institution and do not offer financial services, so a license is not required to operate. Since we’re not a broker, we don’t fall under regulatory oversight. Our traders use our capital to trade, and prop trading is only regulated for large financial institutions acting as commercial banks.
