Are the traders in FundYourFX contractors or employees?

Traders with FundYourFX are independent contractors, not employees, partners, shareholders, or representatives. You have no authority to enter into agreements on behalf of FundYourFX.

What this means for you:

• You are not entitled to employee benefits, wages, or protections.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations on any profits you receive.
• You are free to trade for other firms or manage your own accounts at the same time.

The relationship is a simulated proprietary trading program: you agree to the Terms and Conditions that govern use of the platform and the profit-sharing arrangement. FundYourFX's obligation is limited to providing access to the funded virtual trading environment and paying out your profit share in line with the program rules.
