How does tier progress work?

  • Your tier is based on your lifetime pips earned: everything you've ever earned counts toward climbing.
  • You need an active challenge to move up. To reach any tier above Intern, you must have bought a challenge within the last 90 days. If you have the pips but no active challenge in that window, your upgrade is held until you do.
  • Redeeming rewards never lowers your tier: spending pips doesn't affect it.

What's cashback?
Every challenge you buy earns a share of the fee back as pips, credited automatically to your wallet. Higher tiers earn a bigger share (5% up to 15%).

What's the payout ratio bonus?
From Senior Trader up, you get a boost to your profit split on funded payouts while you sit at that tier, one of the most valuable perks we offer.

Can my tier drop?
Yes, if you stop being an active customer. Higher tiers are for active traders, so if you go a long stretch with no active challenge, your status enters a short grace period (we'll email you a heads-up showing the days left) and then steps down to the level your recent activity supports. Keeping an active challenge holds your tier. Spending or redeeming pips never lowers it: only a long gap in challenge activity does.
