Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available for profitable traders and are processed automatically with the third profit share. However, refunds cannot be issued earlier due to the firm’s operating costs.

Please be sure to fully understand the firm’s rules and policies before purchasing an account, as fees are non-refundable if you change your mind after purchase.

Are we trading using real or demo account?

We don’t use demo accounts. You start with a real account straight away.

What happens if I violate the rules?

Accepted Answer

Following the ‘trading rules’ and risk management are critical components of your success with us. If you violate one of the trading rules using open or limit orders at any time, your account will be terminated and you will not be entitled to the profit share.

Any open trades will not be automatically liquidated, but your account will become ineligible for trading. To continue receiving funding, your funded trading account must be reset.

The reset costs depend on according to the selected plan (Starter £97 / Standard £197 / Professional £397) and your account will be reset to its starting balance regardless of your account balance at the time of the breach.

If you violate any of the regulations, please notify our team immediately and your funded account will be reset.

Do you require a stop loss?

No, we no longer require a stop loss for our traders.

However, stop-loss orders are one of the best tools for traders to reduce the risk of large losses. We recommend that traders avoid taking on excessive risk and instead aim for consistent profits.

Can I use a signal copier on the trading account?

Unfortunately you are not allowed to use signal copier on our trading account.
