Do you offer a fee refund?

Yes. Your one-time entry fee is fully refundable once you become a successful, paid trader with us.

When do I qualify for a refund?

You become eligible for a refund of your one-time entry fee after 3 successful payouts that total at least 6% profit.

How do I claim my refund?

Once you are eligible, your refund is processed automatically, or you can request it from your FundYourFX dashboard. If you have met the threshold and have not received your refund, contact support via live chat or email at support@fundyourfx.io.

Which programs does this apply to?

The refund applies across all of our programs, including Instant Funding, 1-Step, 2-Step, and 10X Quest.

Good to know

• Refunds are full refunds only. We do not offer partial refunds.
• If your account is breached before you reach the threshold, the entry fee is not refundable. You are welcome to start again with a new program.
• Your account is a simulated (virtual) trading account. Payouts are based on your simulated performance under our program rules.
