Are the traders in FundYourFX contractors or employees?

The trader shall be an independent self-employed contractor trading as a separate legal entity in his own right, and not the servant, employee, partner, representative, or agent of FundYourFX, and he has no power or authority to enter into any contract on behalf of FundYourFX or the trading company.
